We are open daily except Thursdays and the first, second, and fourth Sundays of each month. On Tuesdays and Fridays, we are open until 8:00 PM, making it convenient for patients with busy work or school schedules to visit after hours.

- Yes. Dr. Hayashi, our clinic director, is able to communicate in English. We strive to make every patient feel comfortable and understood, regardless of their language background.
- Can I make an appointment as a first-time patient?
- Absolutely. New patients are always welcome. You can book an appointment online 24 hours a day or by phone during clinic hours. Please feel free to reach out in English.
- What are your opening hours?
- We are open until 8:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays; until 7:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays; until 6:00 PM on Saturdays; and on the third Sunday of each month (hours to be announced). We are closed on Thursdays and on the first, second, and fourth Sundays.
- Is the clinic easy to access?
- Yes. We are located just a 1-minute walk from Hiyoshi Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line, Meguro Line and Yokohama Municipal Subway. The station is directly accessible from Shibuya, Nakameguro, Musashi-Kosugi, Yokohama and other major stations.
- Do you accept walk-in patients?
- We recommend making an appointment in advance to minimize waiting time. However, if you are experiencing acute pain or dental emergency, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you on the same day.
- Do you treat children?
- Yes. We provide children's dentistry for patients of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. We take a gentle, patient approach to help children feel comfortable at the dentist from an early age.
- Are your fees covered by Japanese health insurance?
- Many of our general dental treatments are covered by Japanese national health insurance (保険診療). Some treatments, such as implants, orthodontics, ceramic restorations, and teeth whitening, are self-pay medical treatment (自費診療). We will clearly explain all costs before beginning any treatment.
